Rick Swaynie, the owner of Swaynie Construction LLC started the business mowing lawns for a variety of people in the Eaton Rapids area which slowly brought in a variety of jobs. Rick has over 10 years of experience working for a variety of Home Improvement companies such as Lawn and Landscape, Roofing, Construction, HVAC and more.
